Any person feels good and comfortable because of his family and good relations, but if our relationship starts weakening in itself there are problem like discord, then our mental state starts becoming uncontrollable.
Loneliness
Human is a social animal.He lives in the society through which he expresses his fillings with each other. But when a person is alone, bad thoughts starts coming in his mind, due to which develops mental stress.
Consuming Drugs
Consumption of drugs is very harmful for the body. Apart from other parts of our body , it also affects the brain. Capillaries and tissue present in the brain also start getting damaged due to its side effects, due to which mental depression also start to arise.

- Take good sleep or keep yourself busy in some work.
- Listening or humming good music in a low voice.
- To love yourself and motivate yourself.
- Go for a walk in a good place which will keep your mind calm.
