My dear friends my name is RAJA NANDA and i am 34 years old.I completed my studied in mechanical engineering and I have working on the post of production engineer for 5 years now,however in the intermediate class my subject is Math as well as Biology,,so I am very interested in biology,with which I have a lot of knowledge about the human body.So I needed a platform to share my information,so I started writing my blog on blogger when I thought of writing health related articles in 2020.Although my blog is in english language.I have shared in detail about physical disease and  its prevention on my blog RICH HEALTH 123.I have written a lot about the nutrients,summer diet.Hope you guys benefit from my blog and you like my blog
