Bottle Gourd juice 

Bottle gourd juice is very beneficial for the liver. Many types of nutrients are found in it such as carbohydrates, vitamins, protein and fat. Consume bottle gourd juice daily after one hour of having food.

Spinach juice

Spinach is rich in nutrients. Almost all types of elements are found in it such as iron, fiber, calcium, beta-carotene, vitamin-c etc. If you have a problem like fatty liver, then definitely consume it because the two ingredients present in it are neoxanthin and violaxathin, which protect the liver from inflammation helps in repairing the liver.

Lemonade

Boil half a teaspoon of turmeric in 200 grams of toned milk daily. After this, consuming it gets rid of the problem like fatty liver.

Indian gooseberry

Indian gooseberry immunity and removes toxins from the liver. The triglycerides and cholesterol that accumulate  in the liver cause fatty liver problems. Eating gooseberry destroys the excess fat present in the liver. Indian gooseberry can also be eaten raw with pickle or salt.

Beetroot

Consumption of beetroot is very beneficial for the liver. there are two types of anti-oxidants are found in it, which are known as nitrate and betalains. Its main function is to increase enzyme growth, reduce fat from the liver and prevent inflammation. Consuming it for 3 month removes liver related problems.
